A: Account can be set up on the same day of contacting our office.
Q: Does GAC charge any (1 time or etc.) fee to setting an account?
A: It’s FREE. GAC does not charge any fee for setting up a business account.

A: It determines the existence of a person’s past criminal records. A detail on offense can be provided (some rules may apply)

A: There are some offenses information kept in local police database and not transfer to RCMP CPIC federal database. But it can be obtain from the local police.

Q: How do I get my fingerprints done in my country and send it to GAC for process and to obtain RCMP certified criminal record check results from Canada?
A: Download our international package and take both C216-C to a local police station/service in your current country of residence and then courier the complete package with other required information and documents to GAC. We will convert your Inked fingerprints into RCMP certified digital format and submit to RCMP for further process. Note: Applicants from Australia & USA can use the local police fingerprinting card.
Q: When my digitalized fingerprints will be submitted to RCMP?
A: Submissions of your fingerprint fingerprints to RCMP will be done within 1 business day of receiving your package. Once the RCMP completes the electronic search of your fingerprints, we will notify you via an email.
Q: Can you give information or send my fingerprints results to my family member?
A: For security reasons, your information and fingerprints and results remain strictly confidential with GAC unless otherwise you have requested by signing a GAC third party consent waiver to release the result or information.
Q: Can I email my fingerprints with required documents and information to receive RCMP certified criminal record checks?
A: GAC require original fingerprints by MAIL (courier). Email and copies are not accepted to obtain criminal record checks through GAC. Please check the GAC international fingerprints package for more details.
Q: How long does it take me to receive my Criminal record checks?
A: Once GAC receive the complete package with required information and documents from via mail, it takes about 7-10 business days, if nothing found in RCMP data base otherwise it may take up to 120 days or more.

A: GAC uses UPS courier service for delivering the results to its clients worldwide.
